We're looking for a succession manager to help us with domestic client engagements. Salary range 190k to 250k depending on experience.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in technology sales across Mexico and South America.
- Experience managing developers and overseeing operations of a large call center.
- Familiarity with the Latin American market, including cultural, economic, and regulatory nuances.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a significant advantage.
- Strong relationship-building skills with C-suite executives, stakeholders, and partners.

EMEA International Succession Manager
We're looking for a succession manager to help us with international client engagements. Salary range 150k to 185k depending on experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven track record of 5-7+ years in technology sales or business development, preferably in the EMEA region.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, cloud computing, software development, and emerging technologies.
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical clients.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and platforms is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Capability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
- Understanding of EMEA-specific economic, legal, and cultural factors influencing sales.
- Valid work authorization for the specific countries within the EMEA region you’ll cover.
- Strong network within the technology industry in EMEA.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global organization.
- Should have access for international travel in the form of a local country passport
